Insurance coverage varies greatly. Your insurance provider may cover my services in part or in full. Please contact your health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers.

Currently, I am credentialed with the following insurers:
  • Aetna- Commercial and Medicare
  • Anthem
  • Blue Cross
  • Blue Shield
  • Gateway- Medicare
  • Highmark
  • UPMC- Commercial and Medicare 
If your insurance isn't listed above, please contact your provider and feel free to ask them the following questions to determine if you have behavioral health coverage:
  • Do my insurance benefits include mental health services?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Will I be required to pay copay?
  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?
  • What is my deductible?
  • Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?


If you are experiencing financial hardship, I make appointments available at a sliding scale fee, and am happy to discuss this with you.


If you cannot make your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full cost of your session.
